“Michael was a great coach and motivator.”

He supplied great insight on simple diet habit changes and mobility exercises. These changes had a large positive effect on my journey to lose weight, stay active throughout the day, and grow increased confidence in myself. He has a great ability to listen and adapt to your needs throughout the program. Would recommend anyone to try his program even if you’re not physically in the hospital.
